Grounded in military precision and the tenacity to implement a project, Brian is a former Royal Marine Commando that has 20-years experience in managing and operating successful hospitality and leisure organisations. With a track-record in delivering new family entertainment centres to market on time and to budget and overseeing large multi-site rollout programmes, his experience and know-how are invaluable to helping Rocafella deliver on-the-ground, assemble the right teams and structures and ensure all the appropriate rigour and governance are in place.
Darren has over 20-years experience at a senior level marketing and communications for both public and private sector businesses. He has successfully grown a creative marketing agency dedicated to the leisure sector. His results speak for themselves having successfully launched to market various family-oriented entertainment and activity venues in the past few years. With an abundance of marketing and communications talent, and a real business and commercial acumen, Rocafella are well-placed to ensure projects get off to a flying start and continue to do well.
Having successfully owned and operated businesses within the hospitality and leisure sector, Nicola provides a wealth of experience and knowledge in understanding how to integrate retail and merchandising within FEC, but more importantly the value of generating exemplary experiences that wow customers. Her background within the sector provides Rocafella insight and wisdom that can be harnessed to build world-beating family entertainment venues that both delight and deliver on a commercial and customer satisfaction footing.
Lindsay has over 15 years experience in large scale events, multi partner and multi national projects ranging from festivals to construction, IT transformation to charity operations. Starting as a Stage Manager in theatre and moving through to company management and over the last 4 years, project management, she has a strong background in logistics, planning, coordination and delivery - utilising her people skills, she brings together teams of all sizes onto the same page and aides driving projects forward. Having a natural aptitude for technology. system and process implementation, Lindsay ensures all elements of projects runs smoothly with excellent communications, plans and delivery processes.
Lindsay brings this wealth of varied experience to Rocafella, being the conduit between all specialisms and team members, enabling Rocafella to continue to push forward, break boundaries and become bigger and better with every project.
After becoming AAT qualified Kate built up accountancy experience working in practice. Dealing with businesses of various shapes, sizes and industries has created valuable financial knowledge and the attention to detail needed to keep business finances in check. She brings to Rocafella experience of extensive use of Xero software and integrated systems in order to create a streamlined and accurate financial workflow that gives management business snapshots for decision making and planning.
